Neapolitan Penny Wigglesworth has been named Ooh La La Jewels Du Jour Lady of the Month for December. The recognition is part of a 2015 yearlong program in which the boutique has honored one local woman per month who exhibits the three Cs: character, community involvement and charitable giving of time, treasures and talents.
