Quiche

• 4 eggs

• salt

• pepper

• nutmeg

• 1 ½ cups half and half

• About 3 cups grated hard cheese such as cheddar, Swiss, parmesan

• Vegetables of your choice: broccoli spinach, mushrooms, julienned carrots, cauliflower, etc. Choose one or any combination.

• Single-crust pie shell
